Start Date: Fall 2026
Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 + Variable Compensation
Role Overview:
Performance Marketing is the engine that drives Stoko. We advertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and TV, and as our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the entire performance matrix to drive sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to set the targets and budgets. From there, you run the playbook: where capital goes, how accounts are structured, what we test, and how we interpret the numbers. You’ll have true ownership over the account strategy with zero agency lag, allowing you to pivot, scale, and optimize spend in real time.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role reporting straight to leadership. If you've been looking for a seat that allows you to flex your strategic muscle with a serious budget and a fast-moving creative team at your back, this is it.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Deployment & Efficiency:
-
Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, structure, bidding, and daily pacing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and TV.
-
Live in the daily account math - relentlessly tracking spend, pacing, and unit economics to ensure campaigns hit efficiency targets (Contribution Margin, MER, CAC, CPV, CPM) without sacrificing growth.
-
Allocate budget across channels and campaigns against the target - scaling top performers quickly and pulling back on fatigued assets.
-
Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, structure, bidding, and daily pacing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and TV.
-
Measurement & Reporting:
-
Own the measurement layer - incrementality testing, attribution assumptions, and the daily reporting the rest of the company reads.
-
Bring the account read in to our spend planning - what's achievable at what budget, and where growth starts breaking against efficiency.
- Present results to the leadership team - what happened, why, and what you're doing about it.
-
Own the measurement layer - incrementality testing, attribution assumptions, and the daily reporting the rest of the company reads.
-
Platform Expansion:
- Lead the push to new channels (TikTok Shop, AppLovin, YouTube) and own campaign architecture, targeting, baseline performance models and an honest read on what deserves more budget.
-
Manage operational mechanics - policy reviews, ad rejections, algorithm shifts - and work directly with our platform reps.
- Creative Direction:
- Translate performance data into creative direction: what's hooking, what's falling flat, what should we make more of.
-
Partner directly with our creative team to maintain a tight testing loop, ensuring performance insights directly sharpen the next round of ads.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
6-8 years hands-on paid media for DTC/ecommerce
-
Meta as your home platform, with real working comfort in Google and TikTok.
-
Experience owning a real budget against efficiency targets - not briefing an agency that does.
-
Comfortable in blended metrics (MER, contribution margin, CAC) and interested in thinking in business math, not just platform ROAS.
-
Comfortable with imperfect attribution and messy data; you can make good decisions without a perfect dashboard, and you know how to make the measurement better over time.
- High aptitude and a fast learner. You understand creative is the biggest lever in the account, and you know how to ask for what you need from a creative team.
- Vancouver-based, in office with the team on a hybrid schedule.
- Awesomeness.
Perks and Benefits:
We are a team that loves to laugh together, learn from each other, and take care of one another. As a full-time employee at Stoko, you will be eligible to receive a benefits package, as well as a health spending account to cover healthcare costs such as dental, vision care, RMT and more. Additionally, Stoko offers flexible schedules, unlimited coffee, team bonding, and an environment that fosters creativity, growth, and real responsibility.
